(and now this is my 3rd) I am going to get a harness (or dig up my old repel one) and tie a line to the roof of our condo developement. Then, when its fairly windy I'll come down a bit off the line and lock into place and swing across in front of someone's window, flailing about and screaming "Aaaaiiiieeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!"
